The Wealth Management industry has an opportunity to lead the way in offering flexible working to employees but this isn’t a new concept. In fact, Financial Services may be taking the lead ahead of other sectors and the firms that get this right can increase their attractiveness in the eyes of many candidates, as flexible working is steadily rising up the agenda.
