What a fabulous summer of sporting achievement we have seen. There is so much to learn from the courage, commitment and athleticism of the Olympic and Paralympic athletes, not least, the importance of building a winning team: Andy Murray, who finally won his first Grand Slam tennis match after ten years of trying, has created a winning team around him to coach and stretch him further. He has a reputation of hiring and firing until he found his dream team. That doesn’t make those who don’t stay in the team ‘failures’ – they may just not be right for that team and will go on to succeed somewhere else. If you are considering a move, or recruiting within your business, do get in touch. We are working on many varied mandates at present, and hope we can help.
